Cookie Policy
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Third Mind Kft., registered in Hungary. EU tax number: HU32952638. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at hello@3rdmind.co.uk.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They help the site work properly, remember your choices, and help us understand how visitors use the site. Some cookies are set by us (first-party cookies) and some are set by services we use (third-party cookies).
3. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choices. They do not require your consent.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| cookie_consent | Third Mind (first-party) | Stores your cookie preferences so we do not ask again on every visit | 6 months |
Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are read, how long visits last, and where visitors come from. This helps us improve the site. These cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes visitors | 2 years | |
| _ga_* | Maintains session state | 2 years |
Third-party content. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Loading fonts does not set cookies, but your IP address is transmitted to Google to deliver the files.
4. Your consent
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. We do not set analytics cookies until you say yes. You can change your mind at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser, after which the banner will appear again.
5. How to control cookies in your browser
All major browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site works.
6. International transfers
Google may process analytics data on servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@3rdmind.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, naih.hu) or your local supervisory authority.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the rules change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be announced with a new consent request.
